Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. All packages feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you. Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Any order placed on the Murdeko.lt website and delivered outside of the EU territory, may be subject to taxes and customs duties when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are at the customer’s expense and under its responsibility. Murdeko is not required to check and inform customers of customs duties and any applicable taxes. In order to know them, it is up to the customer to check with the relevant authorities of the country of delivery.
